Best bank account for a child in Canada?

My kid has a piggy bank. I think its time for a bank account for him. But which? It would be nice if it earned interest so he can see a reason for saving (yeah I know interest rates are really low). It would be good if he could go to an ATM (with a parent probably) to deposit/withdraw. That's all I want but I can't find it. Again I just want: interest, ATM access for a kid. Thanks.
